Wild Wool Socks - Crew Length

Wild Wool Socks are straight from our farmstead! We raised the sheep, harvested the wool, sent it off to a small-scale yarn processor, then they sent it to a small-scale sock and hat maker. 

Then about three years later we got the socks! It's been a long process but one we are very excited about! 

The crew sock comes up about 6" from the ankle. The perfect amount of slouch makes them look great with higher boots, in birkenstock style sandals or under your warmer winter pants or skirts. Our wool is both warm & as wool does, it wicks moisture away from the feet (unlike cotton). 

Available in green & natural--you'll probably need one pair of each!

The added nylon strand offers just enough give to keep these cozy socks from stretching and falling down around the ankle. This elasticity also protects the wool from felting or wearing thin too quickly. 

Add some non-slip treads (or dots of hot glue) to the bottom and you'll have yourself a super warm, love-filled pair of slippers! (would make a lovely gift)

Pure wool is anti-bacterial and inhibits the growth of ickies--this prevents both foul smells, fungal growth and more! A simple rinse is all that's really needed to clean them! Perfect for overnight hiking expeditions or for wearing all winter long. :D (no judgement!)

Natural fibers, like wool, don't interfere with the body's energy flow, allowing normal perspiration, breathability and preventing clogged pours or stuck electrical currents. 

To machine wash gentle, cold water, no bleach & lay flat to dry.
